Meet Brothers Carlos & Edgar
Terrace Cantina was born from a simple dream: to bring authentic Mexican flavors and warm hospitality to Oak Brook Terrace. Brothers Carlos and Edgar grew up in Puebla, Mexico, where their grandmother taught them the secrets of traditional mole.
Today, they pour that same love into every dish - from our slow-cooked birria to our hand-pressed tortillas. We source only additive-free tequilas (94+ bottles and counting!) and treat every guest like family.
None of this would be possible without Giulio - the visionary behind the curtain who believed in Carlos and Edgar's dream from day one. While he's not always behind the bar, his passion and support are in every detail of the cantina.
